Chefs has always been a staple within the Western New York and downtown Buffalo scene. Known for its famous spaghetti parm, we were excited they decided to partner with us for a very important milestone in the organizations history; the grand opening for the first of many ‘Chefs! On the Go!’ restaurants.
For nearly 100 years Chef’s Restaurant has been serving the Buffalo community with its famous Italian dinners. What was great about partnering with chefs was that just like Flexlume, Chef’s took its famous classic recipes and integrated it with a fairly new concept in dining. Customers can now order on the mobile app, call in your order, or walk in and order at counter. Food can be taken out or delivered to your table. Food will be in environmentally friendly, microwavable containers. In addition to leveraging cutting edge technology orders can be pre-ordered on a mobile app or called in and then picked up from the drive thru window making the customer experience faster and more efficient.
For people like Louie & MaryBeth Billittier, owners of Chefs restaurant - we understood the magnitude of this project and what this new journey meant for their reputation within Western New York. Over the course of eight months, we presented many different combinations of concepts and designs until we managed to find the perfect fit.
It was important to maintain a the chefs brand image and create signage that also ties back in with its roots. We decided to move forward with a individual channel letters on two exterior elevations and replicated a new custom Chefs neon sign that can be seen at their first location on Seneca St.
Take a look at the images below to see Chef’s On the Go! entire sign package and please leave any thoughts below regarding Chefs new Williamsville location or what your feedback is on the signage! Best of luck to Lou and MaryBeth!
